Current Projects

AI Literacy and Policy Workshop for Educators

As part of my coursework in Instructional Design at the University of Oklahoma, I am developing a professional development workshop for Graduate Teaching Assistants. The project focuses on building AI literacy, ethical awareness, and prompt engineering skills, while also guiding GTAs in drafting clear syllabus AI policies. The design emphasizes hands-on practice with AI tools and is being shaped in collaboration with subject matter experts and supervisors to ensure cross-disciplinary relevance and practical impact.

Completed Projects

1. Curriculum Design with Star Shows (Planetarium Shows) for CeLTA [Aug, 23 – On-going]

In this project, I developed language teaching materials using star shows, including lesson plans, classroom activities, and resources designed to help educators create engaging and immersive learning experiences. Learn more from the official website of CeLTA and Planetarium Partnership.

2. Technology Integration Plan (TIP) [Sept, 24 – On-going]

In this project, I designed a Technology Integration Plan (TIP) as part of the professional development course Purposeful Technology Integration (PTI) to enhance language learning through innovative, technology-enabled pedagogical strategies. My focus is on identifying and implementing digital tools (yes, including AI) and methodologies that foster engagement, interaction, and autonomy among learners.

Curriculum Mapping Using Common Core Standards

Client: Silicon Valley High School (12/2021 – 12/2022) Developed a comprehensive curriculum map aligned with Common Core State Standards to ensure consistency, rigor, and quality across the school’s online courses. This project involved collaborating with educators and subject matter experts to design a structured framework that supported teachers in delivering standardized, high-quality educational content while addressing diverse learner needs.

The curriculum map provided clear learning objectives, skill progression, and assessment strategies, ensuring that courses met academic and pedagogical best practices. A strong emphasis was placed on instructional coherence, accessibility, and engagement, aligning course content with industry-recognized benchmarks.

This work played a key role in Silicon Valley High School earning accreditation from Quality Matters, a globally recognized organization for ensuring high standards in online education.

Online Course Development with Rise 360

Client: Dokeos (11/2022 – 04/2023)
I led my small team to design 36 interactive online courses using Articulate Rise 360, focusing on enhancing learner engagement through multimedia integration and interactive elements. The project involved transforming static content (provided by the client) into dynamic learning experiences, ensuring accessibility, and tailoring each course to meet the client’s instructional goals. These courses provided learners with an intuitive and engaging platform for self-paced learning.
