The Job
I secured a contract through Upwork with Dokeos, a Belgium-based ed-tech company, to transform their raw training materials into interactive online courses. I assembled and led a small team of trusted colleagues and managed the project from design to delivery using Articulate Rise 360.

The Challenge
The client provided messy, text-heavy documents with no instructional structure, visuals, or defined learning flow. We had to analyze, restructure, and redesign everything into engaging, learner-centered experiences.
Outcome
Successfully delivered all 36 courses, exceeding client expectations. This project demonstrated my ability to lead instructional design projects, manage teams, and transform complex content into effective digital learning experiences.
